These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thetedclark.com and the services offered by Clark Painting ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Ted Clark in Hampton, New Hampshire. By using our website or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Our Services

Clark Painting provides residential painting and finishing services, including interior painting, cabinet refinishing, epoxy floor coatings, and related work, throughout Hampton and the surrounding New Hampshire Seacoast region. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding quote until confirmed in writing.

3. Estimates & Inquiries

When you request an estimate or submit an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting a request does not create a contract for services; any project scope, pricing, and timeline will be confirmed separately following a consultation or walkthrough.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our forms, you agree to the following messaging terms.

Program Description & Business Identity

Clark Painting (owned and operated by Ted Clark) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with homeowners who request our services. Depending on the consent you provide, you may receive non-marketing messages (such as appointment reminders, estimate confirmations, and project updates) and/or marketing messages (such as special offers, discounts, and service updates).

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you receive our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message Frequency & Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages related to your estimate request, appointment scheduling, project updates, and — if you opted in to marketing — occasional promotional offers; message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
